In addition to email and other forms of online support that come with the program, My Healthy Balance also offers users a free, opt-in telephone health coaching service.
This service includes five phone calls over a period of up to six months. The call is made by a My Healthy Balance team member to check in with you and see how you’re going with the program. This is a great forum to discuss your goals, the milestones you’ve hit, and to talk through any roadblocks to success that you might be experiencing. Evidence suggests that you are more likely to be successful if you have additional support, rather than going at it alone.
You are also welcome to use these chats to ask questions about health and nutrition, and can enjoy some friendly support and motivation.
Participants can select if they would like to receive this service during the sign up process. Please note this service is only available to WA participants.
