Get on Track Challenge is an online, team-based challenge. Groups of up to four people progress their way around a virtual track by logging their daily fruit and vegetable consumption and exercise.

It is the ideal way to motivate your workplace, family or friends, while increasing your fitness level and overall health and wellbeing. There are great prizes on offer and the program celebrates fun and friendly competition. You can also join the program as an individual.
