Q:How much does it cost?
A: Nothing, My Healthy Balance is a 100% free program.

Q: How long will it take me?
A: You can complete the program in your own time, however the minimum time to complete the whole program is over 7 weeks due to the 1 week time restriction between each session.

Q: What happens when I don’t log in for awhile?
A: After 30 days of not logging into your account we will send you a final reminder email to log in. After this time, should you not log in your account will be frozen. But don’t worry, if you find yourself wanting to start back up again all you need to do is contact us and we will re-active your account.

Q: I haven’t received any emails yet, why is this?
A: Check your Junk Inbox as your spam filter may have registered our emails as ‘junk’. To avoid this happening please add our email address to the ‘safe senders’ list in your inbox. If you still cannot locate our emails, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
